Return Policy

Returns are subject to review by KCE Test and Tune LLC. Returns that are accepted may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the product/item. 

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for any and all returns. If an item is still in transit and a buyer wants to cancel it must be received by the buyer and then the return process can be initiated. 

Items containing electrical chips/parts are not eligible for return. 

Apparel items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Shipping is non-refundable and in the event of damaged products/items, customer agrees to allow KCE Test and Tune LLC to make it right by sending out a replacement product/item for them.
